Even though I might not like some of the implications of this video (and Marcus has shown himself to be of questionable character in subsequent years), I can't deny that this is exciting to watch/experience. This film exemplifies profoundly what a difference there is between quality BDSM pre-Internet (and especially pre-social media) and much of what's come out in recent years. Whether it's your thing or not, there is a focus and passion here that's not derivative or trying to raise the bar based on the wasteland of material that tries so hard to be aggressive -- but with no sense of spontaneity or surprise. The natural build-up and endurance here is something that's very hard to capture in a world that revolves around images and likes.
